Preparing the cyber workforce through educational empowerment
Ready Force Cyber is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit workforce development organization. We build inclusive pipelines into cybersecurity and artificial intelligence careers through education, training, and curriculum development — so that the people who protect and teach in our communities have the skills the work now demands.
We serve K‑12 school districts, colleges and universities, government agencies, defense organizations, and employers. We design the curriculum, train and certify the instructors who deliver it, and support learners into credentials and jobs — deliberately reaching underserved communities, career changers, and non-traditional learners along the way.

Maryland
The AI Ready Schools Act asks for a model we already run
Maryland’s Artificial Intelligence Ready Schools Act took effect in June 2026. Ready Force Cyber has been training Maryland educators since 2023.

- Project AIDE is exactly that — a five-session cohort that certifies educators to teach AI and cybersecurity themselves. More than 500 trained to date.
